The story behind
Compass Results
About Logan Cook
For more than eight years, I’ve been in the thick of what it actually takes to build something — starting my first business at 16, moving through sales leadership, entrepreneurship, and business development, and quietly building a framework I believed could help a lot of people.
What I didn’t plan for was a rare health challenge that forced me out of my career almost overnight. It pulled me away from the work I loved, created more uncertainty than I’d ever dealt with, and raised a question I couldn’t ignore: if everything I’d built could disappear that fast — what was actually worth building?
After half a dozen redirections, I stopped looking for the next opportunity and came back to something I’d always known. Not a new strategy or system — a return to the principles that had been true all along. Purpose isn’t something you find. It’s something you return to — and align with, every single day.
“The only thing worth building on was something deeper than circumstance.”
That search sent me back to a dream I’d carried for years — writing books, serving the business community, and helping everyday people return to the principles of real, lasting success. Compass Results is that dream, finally moving forward.
I’m currently writing my first book, Point of Purpose — working through the core frameworks of alignment, clarity, and what it actually takes to build traction in your everyday life. The newsletter is where the ideas take shape in real time, and where you’ll hear about it first when it’s ready.
If any of this sounds like the conversation you’ve been looking for, I’d love to have you in the community.
