Long bio  ·  For podcast show notes, event programs, press features

Logan Cook is an author, speaker, and founder of Compass Results — a personal development platform built around one conviction: that real, lasting success comes not from finding your Purpose, but from returning to alignment with it. For more than eight years Logan worked as an entrepreneur and sales professional, building businesses and developing a framework he believed could change how people approached their lives and work. When Complex Dysautonomia forced him out of the workforce almost overnight — and into a wheelchair — everything he had built his identity around disappeared, and the real work began. What followed was a journey of reinvention, redirection, and hard-won clarity that became the foundation of his upcoming book and the Compass Results community. His work sits at the intersection of purpose, meaning, and practical results — drawing on personal experience, business principles, and a deep faith that has shaped every chapter of his story. Logan is the author of The Point of Purpose: A Return to Alignment, currently in development, and is completing his certification as a John Maxwell Coach, Speaker & Trainer. He speaks to leadership teams, sales organizations, entrepreneurs, and companies ready to come back to the principles that build something that lasts.

Short bio  ·  For introductions, social profiles, quick references

Logan Cook is the founder of Compass Results and the author of The Point of Purpose: A Return to Alignment — a forthcoming book on Purpose, Meaning, and real-world results. After Complex Dysautonomia forced everything to stop, he came back to what he’d always known he was here to do — and built a practical framework for returning to alignment and building something that actually lasts.

Key talking points

1

You don’t need to find your purpose — you need to return to it.

Most individuals and organizations aren’t failing because of bad strategy — they’ve drifted out of alignment with the purpose they already have. The work isn’t discovery. It’s getting back in alignment, and then building on it.

2

Motivation runs dry. Motive doesn’t have to.

The difference between motivation — which is seasonal — and motive — which is structural — is the difference between a barrel of rainwater and a well. One runs out. The other keeps giving.

3

The real reason most people never finish isn’t drive — it’s focus.

Most goals don’t die from lack of drive — they die from distraction. Naming the real culprit behind stalled projects and unfinished plans — and cutting distraction at its root — changes everything.

4

Every mask costs you the very influence you’re reaching for.

We’re taught that getting ahead means performing — projecting the right image and hiding whatever doesn’t fit the room. But authenticity is the single greatest source of influence a leader has. Logan’s own story of dropping the mask is where this teaching was forged.

5

Grit is real — but knowing when to push and when to pivot is rarer.

Persistence is badly misunderstood. The hardest seasons are often redirections, not dead ends — and learning to tell resistance from a true signal to pivot lets you move forward with clarity instead of just more effort. Logan learned it firsthand.
